You can easily return the products you bought from Abiyefon in their original box, within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date, by performing the return process through your membership. After your product reaches us, it is examined and processed by the relevant units within 2 days at the latest. The return of the approved products is made by Abiyefon within 3 working days for the purchases made by credit card, and the refunds of the purchases made via money order and money order/eft are made by Abiyefon until 17.30 on Wednesdays every week. The next process is related to your bank. Refunds for installment orders are reflected to your credit card in installments, again by your bank. In the refund payments made, the payments made by the customers for the payment at the door and the shipping fee are deducted, that is, the return process is completed only on the product price

Returns of products that have expired, are unlabeled, used, have lost their resaleability or are damaged are not accepted. It will be sent back to you prepaid.

All domestic returns are free. To ensure your return reaches us quickly and free of charge, please inform the Aras Kargo representative to process the shipment using our customer code 2016848851644. For shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo, please use the return code 735751290. Kindly send your return via the same courier company that delivered your order. The shipping fee for returns sent via other cargo companies belongs to the sender (you). For orders placed with cash on delivery, the "payment on delivery commission fee" charged by cargo companies is not refundable.

If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, it will be sufficient to create a return request through your subscription and send it to us via Aras Cargo within 7 days at the latest from the date of delivery. . If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of the Consumer" numbered 6502 are essential. After your order has been delivered, if you are not satisfied, you may return the product to our return center in the Netherlands within 7 days, provided that it is properly packaged and its originality is preserved. For the fastest and smoothest return process, we recommend using the same courier company that delivered your package.

For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country, with an average return cost of 15–25 EUR.

Once your return package reaches our center, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days, in accordance with your original payment method.
