 Easy Returns

After your order has been delivered, if you are not satisfied, you may return the product to our return center in the Netherlands within 7 days, provided that it is properly packaged and its originality is preserved. For the fastest and smoothest return process, we recommend using the same courier company that delivered your package.

For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country, with an average return cost of 15–25 EUR.

Once your return package reaches our center, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days, in accordance with your original payment method.
