RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You can return your order easily within seven days after receiving your order. All dresses you buy from Abiyefon have a security label which is not an obstacle for you to try it. In order to refund or exchange the product you should not rip it off. Also, you need to make sure that you send all pages of the bill and fill the behind of the bill. In order to be  eligible for exchange or refund, the package of the product and product itself must not be damaged. If the security label ripped off or the dress have been damaged, you can not refund or exchange the product. Unapproved refunds and exchanges will be send back to you after phone or mail information via counterparty-payment. When your return package is delivered back to  us, it will be examined by the relevant departments in maximum two days. After the approvement of your return , your refund will be made maximum in three days. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. Overseas customers is responsible to pay the shipping charge for returns except defective products. The shipping charges for returns are the same for your first shipping cost if you ship with dhl and package same as Abiyefon do.
