Orders placed before 5pm on weekdays and 12am on Saturday are shipped on the same day. After this time orders will be shipped the next day (Except for rural regions where mobile services are needed).Products are delivered in 1 to 3 working days. Free delivery over ₺3000. Orders under ₺3000 are charged  ₺120 as a shipment fee.

International Shipping Delivery Time and Customs Regulations

If you you order from overseas, you can pay with Credit Card, PayPal or Transfer-EFT only. Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays will be sent within the next business day; Orders exceeding this time will be shipped after 1 business day.

Easy Returns

After your order has been delivered, if you are not satisfied, you may return the product to our return center in the Netherlands within 7 days, provided that it is properly packaged and its originality is preserved. For the fastest and smoothest return process, we recommend using the same courier company that delivered your package.

For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country, with an average return cost of 15–25 EUR.

Once your return package reaches our center, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days, in accordance with your original payment method.
